Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tl89 ("tl89", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tl89.io. These Terms are published and maintained in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

Section 3

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use tl89, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of tl89 or any of its affiliated partner studios or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tl89 or had an account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not using any form of automation, artificial intelligence, or bot software to interact with the platform.

tl89 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tl89 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Section 4

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one active account on the tl89 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. tl89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tl89 support immediately at [email protected].

tl89 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following before withdrawals are approved:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card or passport).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document.

tl89 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or close accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

Section 5

Deposits & Payments

tl89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your tl89 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account balance depending on your card issuer's processing times.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible, or held pending investigation. tl89 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

tl89 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming purposes or as part of a compliance review. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through their account settings at any time.

Section 6

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by tl89. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though tl89 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over a reasonable period.

tl89 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for standard withdrawals from fully verified accounts to bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review and may be delayed where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• The account has not completed KYC verification.
• Active bonus funds are attached to the account balance and wagering requirements have not been met.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player with their payment provider.

tl89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct enhanced due diligence where the volume or pattern of transactions raises concerns consistent with money laundering or financial crime. In such cases, tl89 may be required by law to report to the relevant authorities without notifying the player.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

tl89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates applicable to each offer are stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all tl89 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while one is already active will forfeit the previously active bonus.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the games or sports markets specified in the promotion. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• tl89 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets on both outcomes of a market to guarantee a profit (arbitrage betting), or using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.

tl89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in any tl89 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms of that promotion as well as these general Terms.

Section 8

Gaming Rules

All games available on the tl89 platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or, in the case of sports markets, the tl89 sportsbook rules. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the maximum extent permissible.

Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. tl89 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunction, obvious pricing errors, data feed interruption, or where tl89 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome.

In-play cricket betting markets offered on tl89 are subject to the following additional rules:

• tl89 uses official match data sourced from recognised third-party data providers. In the event of a discrepancy between the tl89 platform display and the official match result, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent) shall be deemed correct.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs before the minimum qualifying period has been completed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided.

tl89 operates a random number generation (RNG) system for all applicable casino games. The RNG has been independently tested and certified to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform operator or any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl89 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using tl89 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tl89 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the tl89 brand name and logo — is the intellectual property of tl89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tl89 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any tl89 content without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to tl89 for display on the platform. Player access to these games is subject to both these Terms and the relevant studio's end-user terms.

tl89 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game or market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to some or all services.

Amendments to These Terms

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction shall be the version that applies to that transaction. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of tl89's operating licence. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their country of residence, including Bangladesh.
